[Interference Information]Please see below for current situations and major troubleshooting

Due to Hulu system renewal, some customers have been prevented from watching Hulu. We are now in the process of dealing with obstructions to provide you a better watching experience without delay. We will update the current situation of the troubleshooting on this page as necessary.

Content playback pause / Poor picture quality

Subtitles is not displayed

The default setting for subtitles was initially off

Changed the default settings and Japanese subtitles is currently on.

4. Hulu App not working on some of the Android mobile devices 

We have made inaccessible from some of the devices in light of content protection.

Changed the settings for some applicable devices.
