[Interference Information]Please see below for current situations and major troubleshooting

Due to Hulu system renewal, some customers have been prevented from watching Hulu. We are now in the process of dealing with obstructions to provide you a better watching experience without delay. We will update the current situation of the troubleshooting on this page as necessary.

   Event Cause Troubleshooting
1.

Content playback pause / Poor picture quality

Interference on cloud services

Initial fix released

Further imrovement is in progress

2.

Inaccessible on some Chromecast (the first generation) devices

Due to content protection settings

App fix released

3.

Subtitles is not displayed

The default subtitle setting was set to "off"

Changed the default subtitle settings to "Japanese"


In progress: subtitles not being shown correctly with correct settings

4. Hulu App not working on some of the Android mobile devices 

Conent protection setting interferance

Fixed for some supported devices.
